About Nick.

30 years’ experience in leading large global transformation programs for Mars and Vodafone, has exposed me to a number of complex challenges that I have had to overcome across all levels of an organisation. I have particularly focussed on the people change element, helping manage the process of understanding, accepting and embracing new behaviours. My process involves:

  • Helping understand the ‘why’. If leadership teams can’t answer this then how can they expect others to follow.
  • Simplify the challenges. Work with teams to really get to the crux of what the priorities are to address.
  • Bringing creative thinking. By providing an external challenge to what and why things are done the way they are can provide huge insights into different and more innovative ways of operating.
